About Kelly Turk

Originally from Aurora, Colorado, Kelly Turk serves the greater Denver area as a real estate professional. She works with a broad clientele, including first-time homebuyers, investors, and luxury buyers. Kelly values clear, consistent communication and prides herself on providing her clients with thorough guidance throughout the entire buying and selling process. Attentive to her clients’ unique needs, she delivers exceptional care while fostering client trust and confidence. In addition to her work in luxury real estate, Kelly is passionate about helping underserved populations gain access to affordable housing and build generational wealth through homeownership.

 

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Kelly received both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in criminal justice from the University of Northern Colorado. Upon earning her bachelor’s degree in 2010, she began working for a nonprofit organization focused on serving underprivileged youth. Kelly has served as a Regional Compliance Director and a Business Manager, overseeing the compliance and operations of 12 residential treatment centers for juveniles in Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, and Wyoming. She also contributes to the Passageway Scholarship Program sponsored by Rite of Passage.

 

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her son, R.J., working out, and coaching gymnastics and cheerleading. As a competitive gymnast for over 12 years and a Division I college cheerleader, Kelly’s competitive nature makes her an incredible advocate for her client base.
